2005 Machorre Red Bordeaux This soft, supple red has a velvety finish and vibrant color with the taste and flavor of red cherries and currants.

2008 De Cugat Blanc White Bordeaux Fresh, dry and bright: great for simple seafood or aperitif service.

Trouillet Pouilly Fuisse 100% Chardonnay, this wine is clean, crisp and slightly smoky with toasted brioche notes. A lovely match with seafood, especially shrimp dishes.
