The European-style Wines of Ravines Wine Cellars with Owner/Oenologist Morten Hallgren

The cool climate of the Finger Lakes can produce wines much like the classic and reknown wine-growing regions of Europe: Burgundy, Bordeaux, Loire Valley and the Mosel. French-trained oenologist-winemaker Morten Hallgen will explain how and why the Finger Lakes is the best American wine region and present a tasting of his unique, handcrafted wines.
